Little Lamb {Creative Newborn Photography in Richmond, TX}

The "G" Family came in from Dallas this past weekend and mom called hoping she could get in to get some baby portraits.  Well, you KNOW how much I can't resist a newborn session so of course I worked her in.  It is my pleasure to introduce to you William.  He was a little bit older than the typical newborn that I photograph, but was very laid back and easy to work with none the less.  I absolutely love the way this session turned out.
It was so nice meeting you this weekend.  Hopefully, I can catch you again on your next trip to see how much that precious little boy of yours has grown.

The love of a brother {Family Photography in Katy, TX}

You can definitely tell that Summer has arrived here in Texas! It is getting warmer out every day. Thank goodness for families that are willing to get up at the crack of dawn to do our session before the real heat sets in. Meet the "M" Family! It was so obvious the love this little boy feels for his sister. I couldn't believe the way he couldn't wait to hold her and snuggle her and kiss her. He couldn't take his eyes off of her. Super sweet!
It was so nice to meet you all!  Looking forward to Sydney's 6 month session indoors where it is cooler.  :)

A little bit personal {Custom Children's Portraits in Richmond, TX}

All of my children have back to back birthday months.  They are February, March, and April.  I am running  behind on doing all their birthday sessions.  A common problem with me even though I am a photographer.  lol  Well I was able to carve out a bit of time today while the baby napped to do the first session for my oldest little girl, Lorelei who just turned 4.  She is full of personality and loves bright, frilly, girly things.  A girl after my own heart.  She really is my little mini-me.
 I love you sweet girl.  I hope you never lose that spunk of yours!

Apartments, College, and Ear Piercing {Custom Senior Portraits in Sugarland, TX}

I recently met Katherine at the Pure Fashion Houston fashion show.   I was so excited when her mom called and asked me to do her senior portraits.  She is such a sweet girl and did great in front of the camera.  We headed out to Booth and spent the evening taking pictures, hanging out, talking about her apartment hunt, college, and how her mom tried to convince her when she was younger not to get her ears pierced with a crazy story.  Apparently they put you up against the wall, point a gun and shoot earrings at you.  If they miss, that is how people end up with random piercings in their nose or eyebrow.  So funny!!  I have to remember that one when my girls get older.

Thank you for choosing me to do your Senior portraits!   I had a fantastic time and hope to work with your family again in the future.  Good luck in college!  I know you will do great.  :)

Sisters {Custom Child Photography in Katy, Texas}

You may recognize these precious little girls from the bluebonnet mini-sessions I recently did.   Meet Madelyn and Mikayla.  We got together today for Madelyn's 10 month portraits, but also scheduled time to photograph her older sister and the two of them together.   Little Madelyn was in a very serious mood today and Mikayla was her same silly self.

It was great seeing you all again so soon and I look forward to our next session!

And the winner is.... {Creative Family Photography in Richmond, TX}

Meet the "M" Family!  They are the lucky winners of my last Facebook Fanpage giveaway.  I was fortunate enough to meet this family recently as Dad troops with my husband in the 501st Legion.  They drove all the way from Baytown for our session.  I am so glad they made the drive because we had a fantastic session.  The weather was beautiful and the family is so much fun.  I always enjoy having them around.

Thanks for making the drive all the way over to me for your session!  Next time I will come to your neck of the woods.  :)

Bluebonnet Preview #4 {Custom Bluebonnet Portraits in Fulshear, TX}

Meet Avery. She was so sweet and a little nervous at first about being set down in the middle of a big field of flowers.  Her big brown eyes welled up with tears.  So cute...I couldn't resist taking a photo. :)  After her and dad played for a little bit on the blanket, she warmed up to the idea. How cute is that hat!?

Thank you for giving Chryshelle Spurgeon Photography a try!  I hope to work with your family again soon.

A beautiful baby girl {Custom Newborn Photography in Richmond, TX}

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing another newborn.  I know I have said it before, but I LOVE newborns!  They are so sweet and tiny and pure.  I love everything about them.  Their teeny tiny parts, the way they grunt and coo, and even their adorable little lamb cries.  Meet Brooke.  She was a very good baby and slept soundly through the first half of our session until she got a bit hungry.  After some milk, and tinkling on the photographer's lap (yep, that would be mine) she drifted back off to sleep and we were able to get some more precious shots.

Thank you for trusting me with your beautiful baby girl.  I hope to capture her growth for years to come.

The sweetest little button {Custom Child Photography in Richmond, Texas}

A friend of mine called my first client today "a button so sweet" and after meeting her today I couldn't agree more. Meet Janaki. She was a super sweet, little bit shy, dancin' like Word Girl, twirling like a princess cutie pie.

 Thank you for choosing me to photograph your little sweetheart.  I look forward to meeting the rest of the family!

Brown eyes {Creative Senior Photography in San Antonio, Texas}

I had a great time getting to know Jillian during our session and watching her come out of her shell. She was a little bit shy at first, but has spectacular brown eyes that spoke right to my camera.

I hope you enjoy your preview!
