Halloween Mini-Sessions 2010!! {Halloween Portraits in Richmond, TX}

Halloween is right around the corner.  Dress up your little ghosts, goblins, superheros, and princesses and head over to the studio for a fun mini-session.  You will also get Halloween cards to show of your little cutie to your friends and family.  

Sat, Oct. 2  1-5pm   and    Sun, Oct. 3  9am-12pm.

ONLY $49

Includes:
20 minute mini-session 
3 fully retouched images on CD
10-pack of Halloween cards (your choice from my 4 custom designs this season!)

Cards and CDs will be ready for pickup Oct 12th.

You are welcome to have your child in costume or a fall outfit. Price includes one child. Additional children are $15 each.

Charlee and Brett's Model Session {Custom Children's Photography in Richmond, TX}

I am loving all of the outfits being modeled for The Perfect Stitch! Next up is Charlee and Brett. Charlee LOVES being in front of the camera. Brett, not so much. lol After they modeled their Social Butterfly and lollipop shirts, they got fancy and we had some fun with a session add on. I am in love with the outfits mom chose for their session. So in love that I actually bartered with mom to get the pettiromper for the studio! :D

Friends {Child Photography in Richmond, TX}

The first thing I have to say is when you get 5 one year olds together it can get loud.  lol  But this session was so much fun even through the chaos.  I love the reason for it.  The session was the result of an office baby boom.  All the moms are nurses in the same hospital, all were pregnant together, and all delivered within weeks of one another.  We met to celebrate the little one's first birthday together.  Hopefully, they will all grow up to be great friends just like their moms.

See you all again next year for the two year session.  ;)

Logan's Model Session {Custom Children's Photography in Richmond, TX}

Oh my goodness where to start with this next one... Meet Logan. The next model up for The Perfect Stitch and THE most fun kid to photograph. Such a ham with a wonderful spirit. He had me smiling the whole session.

Big brother, little brother {Child Model Portraits in Richmond, TX}

Colton and Blake also signed up to be models for The Perfect Stitch.  Mom and Dad decided to add on a full session so after we got pictures in the boy's big and little brother shirts, they got changed for their individual sessions.  It took a little time for Colton to warm up to the camera, but once I figured out how to get him smiling things went off without a hitch.  His little brother Blake is very serious and such a sweetie.

It was so nice to meet you all and I look forward to your holiday portraits in a few months!

Happy birthday blue eyes {Child Birthday Portraits in The Woodlands, TX}

While I was out in The Woodlands photographing his new baby sister, we decided to go ahead and do Guy's birthday portraits at the same time.  He has amazing blue eyes!  I mean, no enhancing or sharpening needed amazing blue eyes.  He was much more excited over cookies than cake and I just couldn't resist getting a shot of his adorable little cookie face.  :)

Happy Birthday Guy!  Two is going to be terrific.

Orange...my new favorite color {Children's Photography in Richmond, TX}

I got together with Wyatt and Ashlyn for a model session this weekend and mom decided to tack on a full session so after we got done product modeling they changed into their "normal" clothes and we had some fun.  I have absolutely fallen in love with this orange wall!  Isn't it gorgeous with the blues in their outfits?

Freedom {Custom Child Photography in Houston, TX}

We headed out to the park for this little cutie's first birthday session. She just started walking recently. She is so excited about her new found freedom that she can hardly sit still a minute. So, I just followed her around like her own personal paparazzi. lol I love natural photojournalistic style photography, so this session was right up my alley.

One little monkey {One Year Portraits in Richmond, TX}

This morning Liam came over to the studio for his one year pictures. I cannot believe how big he has gotten since the last time I photographed him a few months ago. He is so cute and in about 15 years those big blue eyes are going to drive all the girls crazy.

Lollipop {Child Birthday Photography in Katy, TX}

Members of the "H" family have been showing up frequently on the blog this year.  This time, we got together for Ava's 2 Year Portraits (and a very special session that will be blogged tomorrow).  She loves being in the spotlight and getting all the attention just like my middle child.  She was SUPER excited when Mom handed her a lollipop halfway through our session.  That white dress didn't stay white for very long.  lol

The big ONE {Children's Photography in Katy, TX}

I met up this morning with the "C" family for Madison's 1st Birthday Portraits.  She has gorgeous blue eyes and everything mom brought for her to wear brought out those blue eyes like you wouldn't believe.   We also had some time for a few shots with her older brother.

A Blessed Day (times two) {Child Baptism Photography in Houston, TX}

This weekend, I was honored to photograph the baptism of beautiful Lily.   It was a lovely intimate event with their family.  Her mother wrote a touching post that I thought I would share here since I couldn't have found a more beautiful way of saying it. 

"Welcome, precious little child so fresh from God above. Baptized today in Jesus' name, held in His arms of love. May angels guide your tiny feet and bring you smiles to wear. And may our Heavenly Father always keep you in His care my sweet Lily Grace!"

What made the day even more special is that Lily's cousin, Luke, was also baptized alongside of Lily. 

How cute are those little socks?  

Thank you for choosing me to capture such a special day in your lives!  Your children are precious and I am so glad that I was able to share in your happiness.
